Set Goals for Fitrockr Hub App
(1) Go to https://admin.fitrockr.com on a web browser
(2) Enter your login and password
(3) Navigate to Coaching > Goals
(4) Choose type of goal:
Global goal: these goals apply to all platform users. You can choose from three predefined goals.
Custom global goal: these goals apply to all platform users. You can create custom goals.
Individual goal: these goals apply to the assigned users only. You can create custom goals.
You can set multiple goals. User will then see a list of all goals that apply to the user.
Global Goal
A global goal is set by entering in the goal value. A global goal value can be set for:
- 7 days step goal
- 7 days points goal
- 7 days activity minutes goal
Custom Global Goal
Custom goals can be configured as follows:
Name: title of the goal
Description: description of the goal
Type: type of goal. Select “…(sum)” to define a goal based on the daily total of the criteria. Select “… (activity)” to define a goal based on recorded activity data. For instance, a “Steps (sum)” goal will include your daily steps total while a “Steps (activity)” goal will only include steps collected during recorded activities.
Allowed Activity: defines allowed activities to count towards the goal. Only applies to goal typs “… (activity)”.
Valid From: validity period when goal is active, e.g. goal is only valid in February
Valid To: validity period when goal is active, e.g. goal is only valid in February
Duration: timeframe of the goal, e.g. goal needs to be reached within 5 days during the validity timeframe
Goal: criteria to meet goal, e.g. 5000 steps
Daily Goal: criteria to meet daily, e.g. 1000 steps
Individual Goal
Individual goals can be configured as follows:
User: assigned user for the goal
Name: title of the goal
Type: type of goal
Goal: goal, such as 10.000
Start Date: start date of the goal
Days: number of days to achieve the goal. Select 1 for daily goals, select 7 for weekly goals, etc.
Repetitions: define how often the goals should be repeated.
