Help Guide: Check Synchronisations

How to check synchronisations

(1) Go to https://admin.fitrockr.com on a web browser

(2) Enter your login and password

(3) navigate to “Sync Monitor” 

(A) Overall Syncs: shows all syncs for both, syncs via Fitrockr Hub app and syncs via the wearable manufacturer app (such as Garmin Connect) 

(B) Hub Syncs: shows all syncs via Fitrockr Hub app only 

The numbers indicate how many data entries have been synced for the respective data type. For instance, BBI = 2343 means that 2343 values have been transferred for heart rate variability.
