Two-Factor-Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication is a security method that requires two independent pieces of evidence to verify your identity when you log in. This is required for all staff logins to the Fitrockr Research & Control Center.
Setup
When you log into the Fitrockr Research & Control Center for the first time, you will be asked to setup 2FA.
(1) Click on “Set up 2FA” to view instructions.
(2) Download a 2FA mobile app. We recommend Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
(3) Scan the QR-Code with the app.
(4) The 2FA app will register your account and will display a secret 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds.
(5) Enter the code during login at the Fitrockr Research & Control Center.
