How to get access to Dexcom data
Unlike other wearable providers, Dexcom approves data access for each study individually.
To get approved by Dexcom, you (project owner) need to submit an application through the Dexcom External Research Portal:
https://dexcom-public.steeprockinc.com
Fitrockr should be mentioned as developer in the application.
If the study is approved by the Dexcom Scientific and Medical Affairs team, they will work with you on a Data Agreement for your particular project. This will open the data flow towards Fitrockr. You can access and assess all Dexcom project data on the Fitrockr platform.
The Dexcom process can take several weeks. Fitrockr recommends getting in touch with Dexcom ahead of time to avoid any project delays.
