Fitrockr Join-Code distribution process has been enhanced with new features
Fitrockr has improved the process to distribute join-codes more easily. The process now includes QR-Code scanning for join-links and automated email distribution.
Join-codes and join-links are used to connect a wearable to the Fitrockr platform. The process to distribute these codes has been improved.
Scan QR-Codes for Join-Links
Join-links can now also be scanned using the smartphone camera. This improves significantly the process when onboarding a user onsite. Until now, researcher or admin had to copy the join-link and email it to the participant who was standing right in front of them. This unnecessary step will now disappear as the researcher or admin can just show the QR-Code to the participant. The participant scans the QR-Code with their smartphone and follow the instructions to connect their wearable to the Fitrockr platform.
Email QR-Codes
Sending Join-Codes and Join-Links to remote participants always required the researcher or admin to manually write an email to participants with the personal codes. This is no longer needed. Fitrockr now offers a one-click email distribution of join-codes and join-links directly from the Fitrockr Dashboard.
