With our enhanced Group Management feature, administrators benefit from an improved overview of group members and a more streamlined way to manage group assignments. Whether you’re managing a small team, a large organization, or participants in a research study, the updated interface makes it quicker to organize users and keep groups up to date.

A Clearer Overview of Group Members

The enhanced member management interface provides an at-a-glance overview of all users and their assignment status. Administrators can immediately see how many members are assigned to a group and how many are still available for assignment.

Find Members Faster

A new search function makes it easy to find specific users by name or email address. Dedicated filters allow administrators to quickly switch between:

• All Members: View all available users.
• Assigned: Display only members currently assigned to the group.
• Not Assigned: Find users who have not yet been added to the group.

Assign and Remove Members with One Click

Assigning or removing individual members is now more straightforward. Simply use the action button next to a member to add them to or remove them from the group.

Checkbox selection also makes it easier to select multiple users for group management, saving time when working with larger participant lists.

Import Member Lists

Need to manage larger groups? The integrated Import List functionality makes it easier to work with member lists and streamline the group management process.
