PARTICIPANT EXPERIENCE
Easy access to surveys on all platforms.
Participants access surveys via the Fitrockr mobile app on Android or iOS. Participant authentication is simple and done via scanning a personal qr-code.
Interviewer-administered surveys can also be completed on behalf of a participant by a researcher, medical staff or authorized administrator.
SCHEDULING OPTIONS
Flexibly schedule surveys.
Create flexible survey schedules to accommodate specific target group or use case needs. Surveys are automatically delivered according to your configured schedule.
Fixed Dates
Survey is scheduled and automatically distributed within specific date and time ranges. Example: June 26 8am – 6pm.
Interval
Survey is scheduled and automatically distributed within specific intervals. Example: every Monday between 8am and 10am.
Days After Joining
Survey is scheduled and automatically distributed X days after participant has joined. Example: 2 days after joining.
Anytime On-Demand
Survey is permanently available and can be completed by participant at anytime on-demand.

SCORING
Add scoring for quantitative analysis.
Configure scores to transform qualitative responses (like “Strongly Agree” or “Very Satisfied”) into numeric values, making them easier to analyze statistically.
ASSESSMENT
Monitor and assess survey responses.
View survey progress across target groups and download survey responses to Excel for further assessment.
Survey data can also be integrated with sensor data if Fitrockr is also used for wearable data collection.
