Garmin HRV compared to the gold standard in cardiovascular disease

Probably the most important data type in our collection is HRV. It is the most sought after information in research studies conducted with the Fitrockr Health Solution platform in combination with Garmin wearables. 

A recent study published has found Garmin’s heart rate variability (HRV) measurements to offer “excellent accuracy” when compared to an electrocardiogram (ECG) machine.
