Data and dashboard sharing via public links

Fitrockr has introduced a powerful new capability for administrators: public links. This feature allows admins to securely share specific sets of data with external stakeholders — without requiring them to log in.

What’s New?

Administrators can now generate a public, shareable link that provides view-only access to a defined dataset, dashboard, or report. This makes it easier than ever to collaborate with:

No user account setup. No onboarding friction. Just secure, streamlined access to exactly the information you choose to share.

How It Works

1. Select the data set you want to share (e.g., a dashboard, participant cohort, or report).

2. Click “Create Public Link.”

4. Share the generated URL with your external stakeholder.

Recipients can instantly access the shared view in their browser — with no login required.
