New option to configure Garmin device notifications

We’re excited to announce a new feature in Fitrockr that gives you more control over your study and participant experience: Garmin device notifications can now be configured directly in Fitrockr.

This update makes it easier than ever to manage how and when participants receive notifications on their Garmin devices—without additional manual steps or device-side configuration.

What’s new?

Fitrockr administrators can now:

– Enable or disable Garmin device notifications directly from the Fitrockr platform

– Control notification behavior centrally for studies, projects, or participants

– Reduce participant setup effort by managing settings at the platform level

This ensures a more consistent and streamlined experience across all connected Garmin devices.
