Manual Data Entry

Researchers can now add Manual Data Entries in Fitrockr
Fitrockr has introduced a new feature that allows researchers and medical staff to manually add data entries directly within the platform — giving even more flexibility and control over study data management.
Until now, Fitrockr has been primarily focused on syncing and analyzing wearable data from connected devices. While this remains a core strength, many research projects also collect complementary data points through other sources — for example, disconnected medical devices, clinical assessments, lab results, or self-reported metrics.
With the new Manual Data Entry feature, additional data points can now be seamlessly integrated into the same participant dataset.
Key Benefits
▶︎ Complete Data Overview
Combine wearable data with manually recorded metrics to create a holistic view of participants’ health and behavior.
▶︎ Flexible Input Options
We will continuously add and extend parameters such as blood pressure, glucose levels, body composition, mood scores, or any study-specific variable.
▶︎ Easy Integration
Manual entries appear alongside automatically collected wearable data in the Analytics Studio and data exports, ensuring unified data analysis and reporting.
▶︎ Data Accuracy & Transparency
Each manual entry is timestamped and tagged, ensuring traceability and compliance with research standards.
How It Works
Researchers can access manual entry options via the TRACK section. The new module supports Blood Pressure and Body Composition entries and will be continuously extended. Let us know which data types you need!
After choosing the data type, select a participant and fill in the measurement details and timestamp.

A Step Toward More Complete Research Data
This feature bridges the gap between automated wearable insights and manually collected clinical or observational data, enabling more comprehensive datasets and improving research quality.
The new feature is a free upgrade to subscriptions.
Outlook
Further data types will be continuously added. We will also add the option for participants and patients to self-report data via the Fitrockr iOS and Android app.
