PARTICIPANT EXPERIENCE

Directly communicate with participants via push notifications.

Push notifications are sent directly to participants’ Fitrockr app on their smartphone. If allowed, push notifications will also be shown on the smartwatch.

Participants can access the push notification message in the Fitrockr app to read details and access links.

Create flexible notification schedules to accommodate specific target group or use case needs. Notifications are automatically delivered according to your configured schedule.

Fixed Dates

Notification is scheduled and automatically distributed within specific date and time ranges. Example: June 26 8am – 6pm.

Interval

Notification is scheduled and automatically distributed within specific intervals. Example: every Monday between 8am and 10am.

Days After Joining

Notification is scheduled and automatically distributed X days after participant has joined. Example: 2 days after joining.

Ad hoc

Notification is directly send to the participant.
