Effect of regenerative farming on sleep, activity and stress levels compared to non-regenerative farming.

Data Collection Process

Participants wore Garmin watches continuously for 3 months, other metrics were collected regularly including reaction time, subjective wellbeing, Pittsburgh sleep questionnaire by visiting farmers on-site.
