Why do HR and BBI measurements not fully align?
This is expected. The heart rate algorithm is not directly linked to the instantaneous BBI. There is significant estimation, interpolation, extrapolation, filtering, and so on that is used to generate the heart rate so that it has high availability and does not change too quickly. Heart rate is used for trends rather than individual beats.
