Survey Migration Guide: How to migrate to the 'Next Gen Surveys' module.

The “Next Gen Survey” module is the successor of the old “Survey” module. It is a significantly improved and advanced survey module to collect and analyze stand-alone or wearable-combined surveys. See all features here.
Customers using the old survey module can complete running projects but are advised to migrate to the new module as soon as possible.
How to migrate
Technical pre-requisite: the new survey module requires the following Fitrockr app versions:
– iOS: Fitrockr Sync app version 20250702.1 (released July 2, 2025) or later.
– Android: Fitrockr Sync app version AS-20250701-1 (released July 1, 2025) or later.
(1) you should automatically see a change to your navigation items under Manage.
– The old surveys are now called “Surveys (Lite)”
– The new surveys are now called “Surveys”.
(2) you will find all your existing surveys under the navigation item “Surveys (Lite)”. These remain fully functioning and can be used to complete your running projects.
(3) we recommend and encourage you to transition and use the new module “Surveys” as soon as possible.
Important note:
– it is not possible to automatically migrate existing questions, data, or survey results and statistics from the old module to the new module.
– it is possible to use both modules in parallel.
